THE CHALLENGE
A property worth staying at with no brand worth remembering.
KAB-INNS had what most cabin rentals dream of: great locations, thoughtful interiors, and guests who clearly enjoyed their stay. What they didn't have was a brand. No clear visual identity. No consistent voice. No way for a potential guest to understand before they booked why this was the place to go.
Like most independent operators, they were selling nights. Our job was to help them sell an experience.

Before we touched a typeface or colour palette, we defined what KAB-INNS needed to feel like. The answer was somewhere between rugged and refined a brand that speaks to guests who want to disconnect without roughing it. That tension became the north star for every design decision that followed.

One of the clearest opportunities we saw for KAB-INNS was merchandise physical objects that extend the brand beyond the stay and open a revenue stream that runs independently of occupancy. We developed a merchandise system and product packaging that guests would actually want to take home, not just pocket as an afterthought.
A website that does the selling before anyone picks up the phone. The KAB-INNS website needed to do more than look beautiful. It needed to communicate the feeling of a stay to make a potential guest understand, within seconds, why this was worth booking directly rather than scrolling past on airbnb.
Building KAB-INNS a brand and website was only half the job. The other half was making sure the right guests actually saw it. We developed a suite of data-driven ad creatives built to stop the scroll, communicate the experience instantly, and send qualified traffic directly to the booking page.
