The copy was written to reframe the direct channel as the premium experience, not just the cheaper option. Every perk listed was something the OTAs couldn't offer. Every line was written to feel like it came from the hotel, not a marketing team.
The campaign went to a warm list of 340 past guests and opted-in leads. Four direct bookings closed within the send window, saving €1,840 in platform fees on that send alone.
